What does emBlue do? |
|
emBlue performs the delivery and the follow up of your email marketing campaigns. EmBlue is a piece of software (ASP/Installable) which allows the companies to effectively contact their clients via email. The emBlue team offers tips and advice about the best practices of email marketing, articles which make reference to our experience and successful cases and communication consulting.

How can I acquire emBlue? |
|
There are two traditional ways to acquire emBlue. Most of our clients choose the ASP format, where the client rents the product placed in our servers and the only thing they need to do is have a simple internet connection. The other option is to purchase the license. This license is installed in the client?s servers who usually have the technical capacity to deal with technology and deliverability matters. The purchase option allows you to have a fast ROI when high volumes of emails are sent. It is worth mentioning that emBlue soft can be easily adjusted according to the technical needs of the client. |

Which technology does emBlue use? |
|
As we mentioned in the previous question, emBlue is developed to meet the needs of your companies. To use emBlue in ASP format no technical specification is required. In case you buy the license you can contact our team and they will assess you. |

|
The prices are based on the number of emails you send monthly: the higher the number of emails, the lowest the CPM (Cost per Email). |

How many emails can I send with emBlue? |
|
The user does not have limits. emBlue allows you to send the number of emails you consider necessary. |

Does emBlue provide or sell Databases of contacts to clients? |

EmBlue does not provide, rent or sell the databases. In order to use emBlue in any mode your own database is required. However, emBlue helps clients to create their own databases. |

Is it possible to send messages of mailing lists which are not OPT-IN with emBlue? |

No. All the emails sent by emBlue must be authorized by the recipient. Contact us if you have any questions about mailing list or if you need assessment on how to obtain the authorization of the members of the current lists. |

Under no circumstances can emBlue sell or provide databases. In 100% of the cases, a confidentiality agreement is signed where emBlue commits itself to protect the client?s databases. |

Yes. Through the support of a team with vast experience in the design and programming, emBlue provides offers a comprehensive and reliable service to the clients. |

Yes. Once the client acquires emBlue, training is arranged for all the persons who will use the tool. The training lasts 2 hours approximately. |
